Bad left shoulder pain?

Hey, I’ve had real bad pain in my shoulder for a good 4 days now, I don’t know exactly how I damaged it, but its fairly painful at the moment, I’ve tried using pain relief patches and deep heat, along with pain killers, but nothing is really working.
Any suggestions? Thanks.

This could be anything and pain relievers don’t always work, you’d have to use such a strong one like Morphine you wouldn’t be able to operate right.
You should see you primary and have an X-Ray because of all the clustered things in here. Nerves, tendons, bones and joints. I would almost suspect tendinitis. You can get a shot of cortisone for this, it may or may not relieve it right away and he can give you a script for anti biotics to be safe. If correct you should feel better by the time you walk out of the office.
You can try ice packs but other then this, there’s no real way to tell.
