Back pain Left shoulder higher than right?

Hi I’ve had back pain especially in my left shoulder, I took some photos and realized my left shoulder is higher than my right, Why is this, besides scoliosis, because I think it may be muscle related.

Firstly do you mean shoulder as in the point of your shoulder or where the base of the neck is and the muscle around that area.
If it is the point of the shoulder then it is best to have it looked at by a Chiropractor, Osteo, Physio or whoever as shoulder joints are tricky to correct. Left too long and it can turn into a frozen shoulder.
Most people class shoulder pain as the area of muscle running from the base of the neck out towards the shoulder. This is a common site of tenderness when the upper back joints become disrupted. The area tightens creating shoulder muscle spasm. The back will be sore also and the back can be a problem in the lower, mid, upper back or even the neck.
It is easy enough to fix and correct your self with some stretches and exercises to balance out the area. AS for the high shoulder, unless you are left handed which can attribute to it, it comes from the spine twisting. When the spine twists your shoulders will also become out of balance. You may also notice your hips may be different heights as well.
Balancing the spine will correct this, and remove the shoulder pain also. With any self help techniques, if things do not settle quickly (within a few days to a week) then seek help and professional advice.

just do some massage on your back or shoulder. if you can’t do it on your own then you need to go and see message therapist. just light massage could do wonders.
