8 months pregnant and experiencing cramp pain in my shoulder?

Hi everyone im 8 moths and 1 week pregnant and are experiencing a terrible cramp like pain in my left shoulder blade down my back it does not hurt when i stand up only when i get up and move about! Iv tried everything hot baths,back rubs and pain relief..Its not going.. any ide what it might be ore anyone had the same problem? thankx

I had horrible shoulder pain when I was pregnant- I could barley sleep. It’s because of the hormone relaxin. It loosens all of your joints (preparing you for child birth) . I also had extremely bad hip pain as well. Everything went away when I had my son (I swear it was immediate). I can’t say for sure this is what you have It also sounds like it could be a pinched nerve which I’m sure is also due to pregnancy. All I can say is pray you go into labour early.
