I am a 22 year old male and I have been suffering with very severe and chronic neck and shoulder pain for a year and 9 months now. I have gone to two doctors, had two CT scans and an MRI (they found nothing but a pinched nerve-no disk herniations or anything)…I do ice and heat therapy every night, have done every stretch imaginable, been to chiropractors, etc…I am in so much pain it is unbearable at this point-the back of my head and my neck and shoulder are so swollen it’s ridiculous and I have weakness in my right arm now. The pain gets worse with every month…it did go away for almost a month about a year ago but has been back full force for the past year…I am at my wits end with this because nothing seems to help. Any suggestions from anyone? Anything will help me at this point…plus I know it is driving my fiancee crazy that I can’t move most of the time at night

Over the christmas holidays i was scrubbing tile floors in the standing position using both arms and a long handled scrub brush. My whole back hurt after that so i went to a chiropractor. Everything felt better except my left shoulder. i just kind of put it off but it has been steadily getting worse sense then.

Tuesday i went into the ER. The doctor looked at me for like two minutes prescribed pain meds and told me to use a sling for the next couple of days. My shoulder pain has worsened since then and i dont know if it is from using the sling or just still getting worse on its own.

The pain is underneath my left shoulder blade. Hurts when my arm is hanging down because of the weight put on it. Really hurts when i lay on my right side and let my left shoulder fall into place. But also hurts constantly.

Past injuries:
My left collar bone was broken at birth and due to that my left arm is shorter than my right and i dont use it alot. I also have scoliosis.

I have the weirdest and most painful pain in my shoulder than i have ever had. MY shoulder pain gradually got worse and it is now to a point where i cant life it up…….here are some of my other symptoms
Little or no pain in the mornin, unless i move it up or down-then the pain is SEVERE
Pain that is all over my shoulder- can’t exactly pin point it but very bad on the back/side area.
EXTREME pain at night to a point where i wake up because i cant stay in that position because it hurts
It feels like my shoulder shifts out of place and is grinding
numbness when i hold my arm out to the side or in frount, but on the bottom of my arm
and last but not least, pain when i touch the top part of my shoulder and in the back towards the side

Im getting an MRI as soon as my insurance approves it, but i want to know what im in for before i get news. IF anyone has had and dimmilar story and a diagnosis, or thninks they know what i tore, PLEASE HELP! sometimes i think im going crazy because it hurts really bad somtetimes and sometimes not so bad. ** my shoulder popped out of the socket today in spanish class… could i have torn something today too?

I had my gallbladder removed 4 days ago, and have experienced some uncomfortable gas, but not much. Tonight I was woken up my a terrible pain in my right shoulder, that won’t go way, even with massages and an icy gel pack. What could this be?

ok so this was in june, i was in the passenger seat feeding my baby brother in the middle seat in the back, and i was straining my shoulder, pulling it behind me and then i heard a pop and i was intense pain, but it went away after like 10 minutes, and i was fine, and then just a few weeks ago i was doing the same thing and i heard it pop again and same intense pain but it too subsided, but i still have pain in my shoulder now, it hurts to lift anything up or move it so far.it hurts in the middle of my shoulder and neck

I have been taking taking pain killers for my cervical spondulosis and other related pain for the past few years. I stopped taking celebrex for the past one year since my reflux problem in my stomach. I started taking celebrex since yesterday as I cannot bear the pain in my joints and muscles in the whole of my right hand. Will retaking celebrex hurt my stomach in any way. Since I am taking Omeprazole for my stomach now, will it protact my stomach from pain killers. Is there any other safer relief for the killing pain in the whole of my right hand, as I feeling crippled.
Dosage –
Omeprazole 20mg -One in the moring and one in the evering.
Celebrex 200mg – same as above

Both medications dispensed at government hopitle.

I had this same pinched nerve a year ago now it’s back the Dr. gave me Ibprofen an d vicodin and flexeral but it works for a while but then comes back what can I do naturally?
