I have a history of back pain lower and upper, if i do not walk, the pain comes and if i walk conrinuously, i get pain again.

I’ve been having a lot of pain for a while now. It started about 2 years ago, and has only got worse. I can’t see what I’m doing wrong and my teacher can’t help. Does anyone have any suggestions?
I’m 16, by the way, if that’s in any way important, and I’ve been playing since I was 9.

I run between 35-50 minutes a day on my treadmill . Last week after shoveling snow I started to get a pain in my left shoulder blade after my run last night I started to get a pain just under my left breast and still had the pain in my left shoulder blade as well. I’m 25 and fairly healthy It has gotten better throughout the day but I’m a little worried about doing my run tonight .

I have had neck/shoulder pain for over 25 years. I have had several Dr’s and treatments from injections to P.T. three times a week. It always flares up and nothing really ever seems to make it go away. I hate taking pain med’s and will only take them when I can stand the pain any longer. Nothing ever really takes the "burning" away…….any help would be appreciated!
Thank you everyone for the advice. I did try a chiropractor and I can’t afford it. He recommended me going 3 times a week at 60.00 per visit. (insurance wouldnt cover) I wish I could have tried that option. I need to get back to work, but I am afraid my neck will get worse since I work on a computer at a desk all day.

I had the lap band and they found a hiatial hernia.
They removed it and I am having this horrible pain in my chest and shoulders.
I want to know if there are excersices I can do?
I’m limited on my movement due to the lap band.
It hurts soo bad when I inhale.

Is there anything I can do?

I’m a 17 year old female with a history of joint issues, such as patella-femoral syndrome, many twists and sprains of my ankles and wrists, and a fracture of my left wrist from a fall. And now, ever since a hernia surgery on my stomach, I’ve had intense shoulder pain. If I let that left arm dangle, it feels like it’s going to dislocate. It hurts to lift anything, stretching is only a temporary relief sometimes-usually it’s just really painful-and when i reach my arm straight across to lay on my collarbone (like the traditional gym warm-up stretch) it’s so painful I almost start to cry. Any ideas?

I have terrible pain in my right shoulder and it was diagnoised that I have cervical spondylosis.

I just crashed on my mountain bike and ending up "jamming" my arm into a tree. Now my left should blade hurts when I try raising my arm, or moving it behind my back, any ideas what I injured and how I should treat it?

I am 19 years old. Ive been roughed up doing martial arts for many years of my life. And i have have been jumped by gang kids and beat with things. I have also been in a car wreck.
My mother has rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia.
my back consistently hurts, my shoulders, hips, knees, ankles, hands, wrists and neck hurt most of the time.
I cant work out as often, i can go running, i cant sit for long periods of time.. and i take Ambien to sleep and i still cant sleep well. anf for some reason my muscles have a dull achy pain most of the time.
If i go see a doctor or a pain specialist, what do you think they will do to try to help?
Doctors advice, people currectly in pain treatment, you input is expecially helpful. particularly if you have any advice or warnings

this pain has just started happening ill get this pain under my shoulder and ill take a deep breath and it will come through to my chest it starts as a shooting pain in the shoulder but when it gets to my chest it sort of pops lasts about 10-15 sec. its kind of strange and hard to describe, and i cant find anything on t’internet about it, any ideas?
