I have GERD, and have already been to the doctor many times last fall to make sure I didn’t have any heart problems. which I don’t, but I am still a bit paranoid by this reoccurring heart-attack esk symptoms. I am wondering if its to soon to see the doctor about the problem again, or if I am being silly and just take some pain-killers and shut up? ^_^

I was wondering if any of you know why I could possible have a pain in my shoulder when (physically) gripping a football and throwing it? I can do the same motion without the ball and have no pain. Can anyone please explain this condition.
