I have a perfectly decent backpack, and I wear it properly, I just want tips on pain relief.
I’ve already taken aspirin. Any other suggestions?

the shoulder is kind of a broad area….. where would the pain be at in the shoulder?

i suffer from excrutiating neck and shoulder pain for many year, tried all possible treatments, but everything failed. Pain makes my life unbearable and impaired. maybe someone has the same experience and can advice me a good alternative doctor here in dublin? Please help!

Everytime i use my right arm my my shoulder blade starts to burn and the more i use it the worse it gets
I can make it go away until i use it again by giving it a rest or putting pressure on it, somtimes for the pain to come back it only takes a few seconds of use, im beginning to become concerned, does anyone know what this could be because its gotten worse and worse over the past few months.

I’ve been having shoulder pain for a few months until now it got way worse. After a recent trip carrying bags and going to the chiropractor ended up going to the urgent care due to frozen and painful shoulder. I was given a steroid shot for inflammation, muscle relaxer pills, and Tylenol. I’ve been using ice for 4 days and now I was told to use heat. I have a lot of pain still and it feels just like the first day I went to urgent care. Its been a week and my shoulders and neck seem very very tight. I feel it even by carrying a small plate. Do I need to exercise a bit my shoulders at all? Any suggestions?

I am getting an Xray,but it happened a couple of weeks ago. They didn’t do an xray and proceeded to say it’s bursistis. However, I know it’s not that it’s something else. The pain goes from my collar bone through my shoulder. It’s really painful to where I don’t want to do anything with my left arm. I remember yesterday hearing a rip or snap in my shoulder and that is when the pain came back. What could it be?

Can anyone please tell me that is it normal to have sharp shoulder pain just before ovulation and also sharp leg pain. I am wandering if its normal???

I’m 17, and every so often i get a really bad aching feeling in my left shoulder, then sometimes spreads down ym arm. I’m getting it more lately, what could this be?

while sleeping i woke up with my right hand numbness and tingling some times asleep,some time both hands with same problem getting normal with fingers move ment .i contacted neurologist. i have hyper tension with diabetic and got stenting for left decending artery.further i sleep more hours than normal pressing the hands under shoulder.now i want appropriate treatment or medicalsuggestion for the same,so that resultant pain can be relieved.allopathic treatment is preferable.neurologist suggested gabantin. i have used gabantin but with stoppage of the same again it is occuring.if gabantin has to be continued how many months i need to take the drug .diabetis is under controle.i used gabantin for three months.kindly suggest appropriate treatment as i have under gone all the tests with the problem and all are normal.
