Well i injured my left shoulder in a soccer game last October. I had a grade 2 separated shoulder and was in a sling for 2 weeks. But the sports doctor i went to 2 weeks later said that it was not as bad as my other doctor thought it was and he took me out of the sling. Well i have been having problems since than epically at work. I am a dishwasher and have to put glasses away but the only way to do that is by picking up a glass and than lifting it up and put it onto the shelf it goes on well i have to that dozens of times a night not counting putting them on a tray and washing them and carrying them. Also when i am bringing my left arm across my body to grab glasses and put them on the tray it it gives me pain and i do this dozens of times. So what could be the problem with my shoulder as i am sitting here keeping it still typing this it is giving me pain.

When I lay on my stomach with my forearms on my bed, after about 10 or sometimes 20 minutes, my shoulder blades feel like they’re burning. An acing pain, sort of. It hurts, but once I flip over for a while it will stop, but hurt even worse. Idk what might have caused this, but I’ve had it since I could ever remember. Any suggestions on what it might be?

I’ve been going to a chiropractor for 9 weeks now, going twice a week. I started out with severe neck and shoulder pain. The pain has decreased drastically, but still have some pain. My mid back is extremely tight and not adjusting when I go. My dr. says neck and shoulder pain take longer to fix, but how long will I continue to have pain?
Ooops, I just read that says 9 weeks, I meant to type 3 weeks.

Stupidly I decided to arm wrestle exactly one week ago. I’m a pretty strong guy, and I won the match just barely. The next day my shoulder was hurting. It is kind of a dull throbbing right in my deltoid, probably right in the medial and a little into the posterior portion. I’ve never felt anything like it, and have never had any shoulder problems before. I can still workout fine and do heavy compound movements like usual though. But if I move it a certain way, like in a arm wrestling type motion it will start hurting kind of bad. And the pain kind of shoots down my arm a little through my bicep and near my elbow.
It’s been a week and the pain is still pretty much the same. I know I should see a doctor but I’d like a little input first. Does it sound like a muscle or joint problem? And how bad do you think this could get?

My wife has been having severe pain over her right scapula for approximately 3 weeks now. She has seen an orthopedist, a shoulder specialist, and had a nerve test. None of it was helpful.
So we took to the internet to look for some information. The location of the pain is at the lowest of three "trigger points" of the infraspinatus muscle group. However, her symptoms are not consistent with any of these muscles.
Her pain is specific just to the shoulder blade region and no pain to the arm or front of the shoulder – sometimes it feels like there is a "tug" on her clavicle when she turns her head. When I rub the area with my finger, I can feel a knot like a spasm or tendon. It seems to disappear as I rub towards her spine, but I can feel it as I rub towards her arm.
There is no injuring event that caused it – it just started one morning when she woke up.
HELP!
