i woke up 2 days ago and had a pain (muscle pain) on my right shoulder it kinda felt like the same type of pain that you get when you sleep next to the fan or an open window but i didn’t sleep next to either the mucles in my shoulder just really hurt they were really sore. my question is it has been 2 days and the pain lessens as time goes by but it still hurts what can i do about my shoulder pain?
and what might be the cause of this?

I’m 15. (If that matters) My left shoulder hurts really bad at the top and a little to the back of my shoulder. and when I put my elbow on like a table and lean I get a shooting pain. I don’t think its broken but then again I’ve broken like 5 bones and didn’t know those were broken either. I need to know if anyone has had this kind of pain before and what I should do to fix it?, it just started hurting and I don’t know why.

For about 3-4 days now and it happened for one day about a month ago. It’s the area around my right collar bone and up through the shoulder. The pain occurs mainly when I turn my neck or with movement. Any input is much appreciated!

I have just started a month of chiropractic manipulation for my back and neck being out of alignment and its hurting. The doctor has given me a wheat back that provides periodic relief but I’m not sleeping and continually in pain. Any suggestions might help.

Recently I’ve been experiencing pain in the left front neck and it will spread to my upper shoulder and sometimes chest. The neck pain will happen once or twice a day but it only last for a couple seconds and isn’t very pain full. Lately I’ve been experiencing more pain and it will spread to my shoulder and sometimes chest if i do physical activities(mostly at work in construction). the only way it seems to go away is if I take pain relievers and sit or lay down for a while. I’ve recently been to the hospital for anxiety attacks and when I get these pains I can feel anxiety coming on but generally overcome it. I just wanted to get some other input before I go see the doc. I also tend to have nasal infections and occasional bronchitis.

I just got back my MRI results and I was told that I had two cervical ruptures C4-C6. I have had pain in my neck, shoulder and arm (hallmark symptoms), however it has lessened over the past 4-5 weeks but not completely gone. Does anyone have experience with dealing with what I understand to be a very common problem?
I have been working on better posture and using pain management medications (NSAID’s and Tylenol).
