I get a pain in my shoulder after doing bench presses/shoulder presses and various upper back exercises. Anything i could do to prevent pain after these? My right shoulder never hurts afterwards.

I was told i have a cyst and was not that concerned until i started having some symptoms. Really dark brown discharge or blood, shoulder pain and a fever a times. Should i go to the doctors again?

sometimes in the morning i wake up and my shoulder blade (feels like inside) is hurting sometimes just a little and sometimes alot why does it hurt?

had a frozen shoulder for 6 weeks, only been given pain killers, can anyone advise please, it’s driving me nuts.

It only hurts when I run. The pain goes away after ten minutes of resting. Any ideas as to what might help?

This has been an off and on problem since i was 15. I’m 27 now. Sometimes while I have my arms above my head, such as when washing my hair or such, I get a sudden shooting pain in my neck or shoulders, which then persists for a few days as a dull pain, then shooting if I move a certain way, I can’t turn my neck or straighten my neck. Nothing makes it better, massage, over the counter pain reliever, muscle relaxers, nothing. Any ideas?

I like playing golf but it’s been hurting my lower back and recently my shoulder.
