I am taking Naproxen for an upper arm and shoulder injury.

im 12 and in 6th grade. i weigh 90 lbs. -i dont think im over weight- and im 5′1. my left shoulder hurts whenever i move it. any suggestions??

last night i was wrestling around with my friend and i think i pulled something or hurt something in my right shoulder blade because it started to hurt when i was going to sleep. i woke up multiple times in the middle of the night almost in tears because of the pain, its in my right shoulder blade but the pain is so severe i cant bend down or stand or even sit for very long, i just have to keep laying down. the pain even pops up like behind my right boob & in my chest. im not sure what else to do for it, besides taking medicine & ice or heat. & i dont really have the money for a doctor’s visit.

best advice anyone?!

I have an old whiplash injury. I have had chiropractic care and it seemed to make the problem worse, although that could have just been that chiropractor. Any suggestions, I am desperate for some relief.

I was practicing baseball and throwing at my full strength yesterday, and then one throw my shoulder started hurting really bad. For the rest of the practice i couldnt throw very hard. Now this morning i tried to play catch and there is a sharp pain in my shoulder. Could it be my rotator cuff?
