For the last three days I have had really bad pain from the tip of my right shoulder extending to my neck. Today, in addition to my right shoulder, my left shoulder is now hurting. Almost a burning sensation. I have also been vomiting for the past few days and am feeling very nauseous overall. To make matters worse, i also have bad diarrhea. Prior to the diarrhea i had not Had a bowel movement in 5 days. I have tried Pepto Bismol for my stomach and diarrhea. And also tried ibuprofen for my shoulder pain. Are these connected? What is wrong with me?

I have annoying (left)shoulder blade pain. It all started when I went to the golfing range. When I swung my club all the way through it felt I pulled a muscle in my shoulder blade.

As the days went on the pain didn’t stop. I found that the more I moved my shoulder the worse the pain got and it would spread around to the front of my chest. When I take a deep breath and exhale I feel like a build up of pressure on the side and front of my chest(the same side as my hurt shoulder blade). Its been about a month and it still hurts.

I find my shoulder blade hurts most when I stretch my arm. (not while its stretched but when i return it to my side). What could this be? a torn or sprained muscle ? anything that could help?

3 mon after surgery I have frozen shoulder with limited mobility and pain. Pt has helped improved mobility but increasing pain again. Can only move my arm 10•&that’s after pt! They want me to have another manipulative surgery to force my arm & break thru scar tissue. We thought we’d try cortisone shot first. Any advice or experience with treatment for frozen shoulders?

Iv only had this once, its a shooting pain in my left shoulder and down the left side of my chest and is worse when I breath.

Does anyone have an idea of what this could be?

I woke up this morning fine as i was getting ready i bent my neck to look down and then thought ouch that hurts a little, then as soon i as i lifted my neck up i have this intense neck pain and in my right top shoulder. My neck is in a crook position as it hurts to be in the normal position – i cannot lie down or sit properly as it kills. I am 21 year old female.

The pain is like a deep throbbing/sharp pain, it does not hurt if i touch the effected area – therefore not a pulled muscle, it feels more deep within.

Ouch need pain relief i think i will go the docs later when someone comes to pick me up as i can’t drive!

Its for sure not a stroke i am fine in myself just my neck and shouler are messed

I suddenly had chest pain, nausea and shoulder and arm pain today morning but no sweats. i ate potato last night. could it be gas or heart related issues?

My shoulder has been hurting for a few weeks with sharp pain beginning Friday. I swim but I have let up on my shoulder since Friday but it has still been a nagging soreness. Any suggestions?

Every single time my neck/shoulder blades ache, it appears I have a sinus-type headache that I can’t get rid of too. The neck pain always comes first.

At first I thought maybe I was getting a headache from the tension in my shoulders, which may also be part of the mix but then it always progresses to a sinus headache and only sinus medication will eventually get rid of the headache. Once the headache goes then the neck and shoulder pain eventually will go – even though they occurred in reverse order.

I also noticed that if I put ice on the sore area of the muscles of my neck and shoulders, that my sinus will often quickly drain. I can move the ice to another sore area on my neck and shoulders and the sinus will quickly drain again.

I am totally convinced they are related but I can’t quite figure out how. How would one effect the other? And has anyone else experience this or something similar?
