I have had neck and shoulder pain since i started to use computer. its been 3-4 years.
don’t suggest that i have to use proper seating posture. Now the situation is that my body is caught by that kind of decease. doesn matter if i use any better position of posture. it still continue to pain.

tell me to overcome this problem. Cure is there for this??

apparently Ive got rotator cuff syndrome. My doctor said a steroid injection into the shoulder would help, I have heard that the effects only last for a short while and when the symptoms return they are a lot worse and to have the injections over and over again would cause damage to the ligaments and soft tissue, is this true.

Like half an hour ago my friend grabbed my shoulder really hard
and squeezed it as hard as he could, it really hurts and its going to bruise.
now my arm feels really numb and tingly down the wrist, should i be concerned?

I am a 14 year old male, i just woke up with a bad upper left shoulder pain. I had a shower which only made it worse to the pain, there is no swelling to the infected area but the pain is very bad with only minor movement. I am a side sleeper but i can never sleep on my left side as it is uncomfortable only on my right side.

Has anyone got something quick that can get rid of this pain or give temporary relief as i am travelling over the next 2 days in heavy sport activities.

My right shoulder blade has been hurting lately. I don’t want to workout because of it. What might be causing this pain and what can I do about it?

I have had three Cortisone injections. Nothing worked. I have been advised that the operation may or may not be successful. Either way it is a long time before the arm can again be used if ever.I am clutching at straws here for pain relief. Any suggestions ?

I have a stabbing pain under my left shoulder blade. Yesterday it was just a nasty ache. I first noticed it when I got out of bed. I couldn’t turn my head to the left for the first few hours. At first I thought it was just a knot, but I got 2 good massages which did nothing for the pain. What could it be?
