Im 9 weeks pregnant and have shoulder pain but I aslo have alot if gas could the shoulder pain be from gas?

Slept badly on my shoulder and neck and it now kills. Really bad dull aching pain. It is most painful when i move my neck and try to stretch my arms. Used tiger balm and pain pills but no help so far.

Also, should I try to move it (so stiff) or keep it still and risk atrophy?

My wife is concerned about some pain she had that is not due to soreness or fatigue. I can’t find anything online or in our books about this. It only happened once and lasted for about 5 seconds.

Whenever I overwork my left shoulder, I feel a bad pain below my shoulder blade, Does anyone know why this is?
