I feel pain in the shoulder when raising my arm. Can Osteo Bi Flex help me?

I fell off my bike about five months ago, initally I was fine but a month later I had severe pain radiating down my arm and found it difficult to move. I had a ultra scan and this revealed that I had fractured my collar bone and that I had a lump of calcium within the shoulder joint. I began physio and have just completed hydrotherapy. A month ago the pain just stoppen but since last thursday it has come back big time and I am struggling to cope with very limited movement. I am waiting for a new Physio appointment. I have a tens machine and that helps a bit but find it difficult to take pain relief due stomach problems. Please can anyone suggest something that I can do to ease this pain and get my arm moving again. It is impeding nearly everything I do

When I do certain chest exercises I experience a pain on my upper back in the shoulder blade region. I’m just wondering what it’s called and it’s odd because it’s only my left shoulder blade area.

I am 82, my cholsterol level is normal, no sweating and use treadmill regularly for 30 min at time with no difficulties.

Hi, well iv been having chest pain right above my sternum and right shoulder after taking deep breaths. I got drunk this weekend and threw up a lot, can that pain be caused by muscle spasms? Im a healthy 21 year old male and ruling out the possible cause of heart attack, the pains been there for almost 2 days and it seems to be graudually going away. If anyone knows anything i would appreciate it, thank you.

Also, should I try to move it (so stiff) or keep it still and risk atrophy?

I am having this pain in my left shoulder blade (the pain feels like it’s coming from under the shoulder blade).. causing me to wake up in the middle of the night. I can’t get comfortable no matter what I try….This feeling in like a dull annoying ache and i cant lay on the side and it only does it when i go to bed please help

Slept badly on my shoulder and neck and it now kills. Really bad dull aching pain. It is most painful when i move my neck and try to stretch my arms. Used tiger balm and pain pills but no help so far.

I’m 26 weeks and one day pregnant. For the last 10 days or so I have been experiencing constant pain under my left shoulder blade in my back when driving and sitting down. It’s gotten to the point of driving with my other hand because using my left one is too painful for my back. What’s going on??? help please and thank you.
