My mom has had a rotator cuff problem for a few years. It is called the supersponatus or something like that which connects to the rotator cuff, I’m pretty sure. She tried physical therapy for months and it went away a little bit, but it has come back. It bothers her constatly and she takes aleve, but is there any other remedies she can do or take? What other solutions will get rid of the pain for good, or at least decrease it.

I was told that I possibly have a pinched nerve in my neck. Carpal tunnel syndrome was ruled out which I thought I had. Is surgery the only treatment for this? What about chiropractor?

I suffer and contend with chronic pain in arm, shoulder & elbow for many years.
Doctor advises the only solution to my pain management is surgery.
I read or heard somewhere that administered spankings may provide relief from chronic pain.
I have tried heat, cold, massage & Chiropracter to address the chronic pain and these methods have helped. However overtime the effectiveness of these methods have diminished.
At this point I will consider any method to relive the pain and to avoid surgery.

It’s been hurting for a few months on and off. Is it the way I’m sleeping? I try pain relievers but it doesn’t do much.

I have continuous discomfort and pain in my left shoulder.
I went to a doctor. they X-rayed my shoulder and neck.
the doctor said the distance between two bones in the shoulder is too short so a bone collides with the rotator muscle.
He recommended me to get a MRI to see how bad it is.

Should I do the MRI?

I am about five weeks pregnant. When I breathe in my shoulder blade hurts (almost like a stitch in your chest hurts when you breathe in). I know this is a symptom of an ectopic pregnancy, but I have no other symptoms of it. Would I have cramps and bleeding before the symptom of shoulder pain?

My husband is 45 and has shoulder joint pain when he bench presses 200 lbs or more.

I am thinking about buying him some Glucosamine and Chondroitin. However, I am not sure if it really works.

Do any of you know facts about this product?

This is my forth week. What treatments work and how long for recovery-I am seeing a private osteopath doctor prescribed tramodil painkillers and anti-inflammatory tablets. Very painful

WEll about 2 days ago, i was working out in the weight room and when i woke up the next day the pain started, now today it got worse.
I think my arms swelled up beacuse they look bigger than usual, i cant straighten my arm without having some pain, and my shoulders have pain too when i try to move them alot.

plz help and how can i reduce the pain

Every time I drink a daquiri I get this shooting pain in my left shoulder. Its only when i drink daquiri’s too. I’m a 26 year old female, have been having this since 21.
not allergic to strawberries or red dye, its any kind of daquiri.
