I’ve tried doing research on this to pinpoint some sort of at-home treatment to prevent seeing the doctor (can’t afford right now). Basically, I have a constant degree of pain below my right shoulder that I’ve never had before. The only thing I really can see that caused it was some stretching, but that isn’t out the of ordinary. Its been pretty constant now for 3 days and even hurts when I inhale deeply or yawn.
Anyone out there expieriencing this too? Any recommendations for treatment. Currrently I’m taking 8-hour tylenol.
Thank you!

I have a lot of pain in my shoulder, and I think its because I never rest it. I am a competitive swimmer, a flute player, and I carry around a lot of books all day, mainly because i have no choice.
So what could I do for it. Ice? Heat? Rest? What do you recommend?
Thanks so much! Its much appreciated!
That is the most random, unkind thing I have ever heard.
I’m being serious. I don’t need that.

I have extremely horrible lower back, neck and shoulder pain and it’s because of stress at school, home, friends and all the bad things you get while being a teenager. Can anyone help me with the pain and give me suggestions on making it go away? And please don’t say "Try not being so stressed" because no matter what i do, i am always going to have stress. Thanks:)

I just have a quick question out of curiosity. I know that a common heart attack symptom for women is shoulder pain. My question is, does that pain remain constant for a period of time? Or is it just a quick passing pain? I always wondered how you would tell the difference. Also does anyone else know what would cause quick shots of pain through your shoulder? Thanks!!

I need HELP!
The other day, i did 45 push-ups just to see how much i could do.
Thing is i hadn’t done that many push-ups for a LOOONG time, since a couple of months
Now my right shoulder is killing me.
I can’t even move my arm without experiencing shoulder pain
I’ve had it for 2 days now.
Can anyone please tell me what’s going on?
Thanks

I was lifting my 62 pound daughter today and I either twisted or sprained my shoulder. Pain is going down my arm and it is throbbing. Is there anything I can do at home for it?
