Im a baseball player. Im 15 years old. 3 days ago i did a shoulder workout and it still pains me. It makes it difficult and it hurts to throw. Does it go away on its own? How do I get rid of the pain?
I suffer from daily neck and shoulder pain and almost constant headaches. I’ve heard some people swear by wearing hematite beaded jewelry which I think has magnetic properties or something that is supposed to help with preventing or treating the pain. Just wondered if it really worked?
I got the injection about a week ago and my neck feels pretty good but I have had a pain in my left shoulder blade since the injection. Is this normal or has anyone else had this issue? The injection was in my lower neck not my shoulder.
What is the mechanism behind it and why only the left side?
Shoulder – rotater cuff pain
Treatment
Bowling sets it off
I have chronic shoulder pain in my right shoulder, near the rotator cuff. Nothing is torn so no surgery is required, but there is constant low-grade pain whenever I put the least amount of stress on it. I recently started weight training, and am doing fairly heavy weights… This activity has neither helped nor worsened the condition so far, but the pain is starting to limit my progress in the gym. Should I consider cortisone shots?
All week I have been experiencing back pain and I want to know based on your experience what is the best way to overcome extreme back pain and soreness?
Caused from toting a heavy pocketbook daily to and from work.
Almost 2 years ago I had a car accident which caused pain in my neck. I went to my doctor and she told me I had a microscopic muscle spasm and she gave me anti-inflammitory medication and gave me a shot in the neck. To make a long story short I did not go back to that doctor and switched physicians…eventually this pain turned into more of a dull nagging pain that settled into my left shoulder. It was tolerable up until about a month ago when out of no where it started hurting really badly, the pain is beside of my collar bone at my shoulder it is sharp pain that radiates out sometimes it feels like it goes up my neck. I also started feeling slight numbness in my arm. I went to another doctor who sent me to get X-rays they are clear. I am concerned it is a pinched nerve and conveyed that to my doctor but he seems to think that is not the case. The next step is physical therapy but I am concerned that I should get an MRI first. The doctor has said he cannot find what is wrong.
